Of course we always hope that you're in love with your purchase from Hanna Drew Boutique. However, we get that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. We are online only. We only offer online STORE CREDIT. This is if the item(s) are returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, after those 14 days your order will not be qualified for return and store credit.

In order for you to return items, they must be in perfect condition, like how they were when you purchased. If you removed the tag, washed the item, if it has a hole, stain, or a smell, it will NOT be accepted. Tag must be attached!!!

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS and UPS.

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
